This blend is based on an innovative process that achieves tastes never known before. its marvelous technique is called 'culturing', and it's a fermentation method that uses an initial cultive that is rich in microorganisms, in this case, fruits and aromatic plants that are then mixed with the coffee. Banana blend is cultivated at 1,600 mts above sea level; its fruits are collected by hand and carefully processed. In a cup, unique atributes such as banana and sweet notes, as well as chocolate-like are highlighted. This special edition was inspired by Julio Andrés Quinceno, a master "caficultor".
